When we reflect on how to create a fully verified PayPal account in the blacklisted countries, I can assure you that gone are the days when online shoppers and business owners, especially those in Ghana and other banned countries have no choice but to look for others source of money transfer interoperability for transacting with their business partners over the internet since they have no access to PayPal sign up page.

If you are reading this post, chances are, you are aware of the fact that your country (and for that matter Ghana) is not on PayPal’s white book and you are eager to release yourself from this ban and start using PayPal as our counterparts are enjoying.

About the Paypal Ban (Is Ghana part of the PayPal ban?)

A number of countries got banned from using PayPal due to increasing misuse of the PayPal platform and a lot of complaints lodged against the subscribers (most notoriously the youth) from those countries, for which Ghana is no exemption.

The rise of the “sakawa” boys, internet fraud and scammers in the wake of the year 2000 were the main reasons Ghana and Nigeria got banned from PayPal. Other countries such as Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, North Korea, Cote d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, etc. also got their share of this unfortunate hot cake (blacklisted).

Nigerians got lucky and returned to the platform some couple of years later after PayPal lifted the ban on them (Lucky these guys). The fate of the rest is perhaps yet to be considered by PayPal. It may take infinity for all we know.

How do I open a verified Business PayPal account in Ghana and other blacklisted countries?

Before this post, the safest and perhaps easiest way is to go to a country that is on the PayPal whitelist and register from there.

But in this post, I will show you how to access the PayPal sign-up page and create a verified PayPal account in Ghana and all the blacklisted countries for free.

How to create a verified PayPal account in Ghana with your own information, such as your own phone number and address.

There are countless tutorials on the internet showing people how to create a PayPal account in Ghana and other blacklisted countries. However, what makes this post unique is that you don’t have to fake your identities. In contrast with other posts, here you will access the PayPal sign-up page and register with your real name, your real address, and your real contact number. Isn’t this great?
