The number keys, alphabet keys (a, s and q ) are working and enter, delete and backspace too.

This is very common in TM1 laptops. You have few options to try.
1. Try booting it into into Safe Mode. To do this, turn off the laptop, then power it on and repeatedly press the F8 key until the boot options menu appears. Select “Safe Mode” and see if it boots up.
