Sellers and buyers are responsible for ensuring that advertising content, text, images, graphics, video (“Content”), Chats uploaded for inclusion on Ghana Dwaso complies with all applicable laws. Ghana Dwaso and Electrotek Ghana assume no responsibility for any illegality or any inaccuracy of the Content.
The seller and buyer guarantee that his or her Content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, and agrees to release Ghana Dwaso and its administrators from all obligations, liabilities, and claims arising in connection with the use of the service.
Sellers agree that their Content may be presented through Ghana Dwaso’s partner Apps under the same terms and conditions as on Ghana Dwaso terms and conditions of use.
Copyright
Sellers grant Ghana Dwaso and its administrator a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such Content or incorporate such Content into any form, medium, or technology.
The material (including the Content, and any other content, software or services) contained on Ghana Dwaso are the property of Electrotek Engineering Ghana, its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or third-party licensors. Any intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademarks, service marks, trade names and other distinguishing brands on the App are the property of Electrotek Engineering Ghana.
As such, no material on this App may be copied, reproduced, republished, installed, posted, transmitted, stored or distributed without written permission from Electrotek Engineering Ghana.
Safety and images
Ghana Dwaso reserves the right to change the title of the Content and its images, for editorial purposes.
Personal
Ghana Dwaso has the right to cooperate with authorities in the case any Content violates the law. The identity of sellers or buyers may be determined in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.

The email address of users
Users are required to submit a valid phone number, email address or Google account before they are allowed to post advertisements. The email address or Google account of the User shall not be publicly displayed and other users are permitted to send emails and open chat to the User through the Ghana Dwaso App.
App availability
As the App is hosted on google play store and its backend managed on 3rd Party cloud service, Ghana Dwaso and Electrotek Engineering do not guarantee permanent and continuous access to the App. Therefore, the App is provided “as is” and as and when available.
Disclaimer
Ghana Dwaso and Electrotek Engineering assume no responsibility what so ever for the use of Ghana Dwaso and disclaims all responsibility for any injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from or arising out of or any way related to:
- Any errors on Ghana Dwaso or the Content, including but not limited to technical errors and typographical errors.
- Any third party Apps, websites or content directly or indirectly accessed through links in Ghana Dwaso.
- The unavailability of Ghana Dwaso.
- Your use of Ghana Dwaso or the Content.
- Your use of any equipment (or software) in connection with Ghana Dwaso.
Indemnification
Advertisers and users agree to indemnify Ghana Dwaso and Electrotek Engineering as well as its developers, administrators, and agents, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of this Terms and Conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
Modifications
Ghana Dwaso and Electrotek Engineering reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued use of the Ghana Dwaso App shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing law
Ghana Dwaso App is operated under the laws and regulations of Ghana. Sellers and buyers agree that Ghanaian courts, with the district court of Nkawie in the Atwima Nwabiagya as the court of the first instance, will have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to the use of the App.
